The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. It's close to many restaurants, retail stores, and bars, making it a vibrant place to stay. You can easily explore the famous Macro Plaza and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the Monterrey Centro district, which is definitely worth visiting.

everything was great, polite staff, awesome location really close to museums, shopping and many restaurants and bars as well as close to macroplaza. exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a personal safe, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. delicious and excellent food, exceptional service.

I had a great stay at Gamma Monterrey Gran Hotel Ancira. the food was fantastic, and my room was very cozy, making for a perfect quick visit. the hotel's location is exceptional, with easy access to the Slipstream Sculpture and just a short walk to the underground station.

location was very good (we walked to the Macroplaza, Barrio Viejo, Paseo Santa Lucía and we reached the Parque Fundidora); building is beautiful and with "solera" and attention very warm and efficient... hotel a little old, with charm... gym well, elevator already old but it did not give problems, business center was very useful to us and bar very pleasant, it served us to work, to eat, to have dinner and to relax.. wide room although a little old and somewhat old carpet.. we extended one more night and had to change to the executive rooms that are on the fifth floor, where there is a living room with snacks and drinks.. already so tired of the week's work, I think it was worth quality - price.. what was 10 was the attention of all staff.

beds are a little soft for my taste and carpets are a little old. What I didn't like was the restaurant menu.. expensive for the quality of the dishes!

As soon as I arrive and check in, I am given a notice that the next day the hotel will not have electricity in the rooms from 8am to 12pm. dimensions of the room are not 29 m2 as the web says. They are 24. 7 m2 in total, of which only 22 are useful. floor of the room is not marble as the web says, carpet. I wouldn't have minded if the courtesy shoes weren't the size for a 12 year old boy. bathroom is ridiculously narrow. windows close tightly and isolate the noise from the street. the room has a door that communicates with the next room, you could hear the neighbor's snoring. access to the Executive Room is not 24h as the web says, only open from 6. 30am to 2pm. first day I entered at 10am and half of the buffet was not replenished. It's not a big deal, web gives some expectations that are not fulfilled.

I had a lovely stay during my quick visit. the room was reasonably spacious and included an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and multi-channel television, which were nice touches. the staff were incredibly helpful and truly accommodating. the food was excellent, and the bar had a classy ambiance. Breakfast was fantastic, and being just 400 meters from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was an added convenience.

It offered excellent service and good food too. We stayed in the a double room that was brand-new and with comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, they make a wide array of meals. Location: the hotel was near many restaurants, the center of Monterrey and many museums and attractions.

Free parking on site provided. Everything great. Nice building in the heart of Monterrey. A wide range of bars and restaurants nearby.

The room was clean, beautiful, and had all the essentials we needed, including shower amenities and soft towels; we also appreciated the wake-up service provided.
